Step 1: Thinly slice chicken breasts horizontally into halves.

The slices should be roughly ½ to ¾ inch thick. If they are thicker, pound with a meat mallet.

Step 2: Take chili powder, paprika, garlic and onion powder, salt and dried rosemary in a small bowl.

Step 3: Add olive oil and lemon juice and mix the spices until you get a homogenous mixture.

Step 4: Mix the thin sliced chicken breasts with the rub and marinate for 15 minutes.

Step 5: Before you keep it aside to marinate, pierce the chicken with a fork all over the surface.

Step 6: Place the marinated chicken slices in a baking pan and seal it with aluminium foil.

Step 7: Bake in the oven at 230°C/446°F for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before opening.
