Tilted Brush Stroke

Step 1: Mix all the spices, yogurt, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, kasuri methi, besan  and oil to make tandoori masala paste.

Step 2: Chop the cauliflower into "wings".  The trick is not to break into florets but rather chop the florets with the stems

Step 3: Mix tandoori marinade with the chopped cauliflower wings. Let them marinate for 10 minutes.

Step 4: Place the marinated florets in a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Step 5: Roast the wings for 30 minutes in the oven.

Step 6: Take out the cauliflower and brush with oil. Set the oven to "broil" mode and cook for 3 more minutes. .
