EASY CHICKEN CURRY

5 basic  ingredients

No coconut, cream or curry powder required!

INGREDIENTS

shallots

chicken thighs

ginger

garlic

red chilies

cumin seeds

Saute cumin, chilies, shallots, ginger and garlic in oil.

Cool the mixture. Blend into a smooth paste.

Saute chicken with the paste until browned. Add water and boil until chicken is cooked.

Easy, healthy chicken curry

Damn tasty!

Serve with naan or rice
