Clean, shell and devein the prawns. Leave the tails on or remove according to your preference. Mix with bell peppers, onions, garlic, salt and chili powder.
Add lemon juice to the seasoned shrimp mixture & mix well. Let it sit for 5 minutes.

Heat olive oil in a frying pan and add the seasoned prawns, onions and bell peppers.
A quick tip: Use a wide pan so that you don't crowd the pan.
