Slice the chicken breasts horizontally to make them about 1/2 to 3/4 inch thin. 

How to bake  thin sliced chicken breasts

Season the thin sliced chicken breasts with marinade and oil. Let them marinate for minimum 15 minutes. 

Place the thin chicken slices in a baking tray. Cover and seal with foil.  Bake at 450°F/ 230°C for 12 minutes. Remove from oven and let them rest for 5 to 10 minutes. 

Serve the healthy baked thin chicken breasts along with a vegetable salad drizzled with the pan juices.  Or chop them up and add to salads.
