INGREDIENTS

Heat oil &  saute onions

Add ginger garlic paste and saute.

Add tomatoes.

Add spices and salt.

Saute until the mixture thickens.

Boil fish in salted water.

Remove skin and bones. Mash with a fork.

Add onion-tomato mixture, ground oats, egg and coriander leaves to mashed fish.

Mix well!

Make patties

Shallow fry in batches.

Make yogurt dip with yogurt, lemon juice, cashews, coriander leaves, salt and pepper.
