– 2 onions  – 1 tomato  – 1 tsp ginger – 1 tsp garlic 

– 1 tsp chili powder – 1/2 tsp ground     coriander – 1 1/2 tsp salt  – 1/4 cup cilantro

INGREDIENTS

–  700 gms fish fillet  – 1/4 cup instant oat – 1/2 cup oil – 1 egg

- Saute onions, ginger, garlic   & tomatoes. Add spices. - Boil fish, remove bones &   skin. Mash.

Mix rest of the ingredients and form patties. No brushing or coating required!

Shallow fry  in batches
