Make the marinated chicken stir-fry juicy and saucy with a secret ingredient low-sugar sauce that has tons of flavor!
Clean and chop chicken to bite-sized pieces. Add baking soda and mix well. After 20 minutes, rinse the chicken and pat them dry.

sesame oil
rice vinegar
This sesame oil chicken marinade also works as sauce. Whisk all the ingredients together in a small bowl.
Marinate chicken in the prepared sauce

Heat peanut oil in a wok or deep pan. Fry the chopped garlic until you get a nice aroma, but not browned.
Increase the flame to high and add the marinated chicken (and all of the marinade) and stir fry for 5 minutes on high flame.
Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of water and fry for 5 minutes. Repeat with 2 more tablespoons of water and stir-fry for 5 more minutes. Turn off the flame.
Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds and chopped Chinese parsley. Serve on a bed of hot boiled brown/white rice. You can also doube the sauce and use it for stir-frying vegetables.
