BAKED  SALMON KABOBS

Easy  30- minute kebabs!

INGREDIENTS

Season salmon cubes with salt, pepper and lime juice

4-ingredient marinade: yogurt, chilli powder, saffron, ginger-garlic paste.

Marinate the salmon 

Add diced onions and bell peppers to salmon

Mix well & marinate for 10 minutes

Thread salmon and veggies onto skewers

Bake at 120°C/ 250°F for 15 minutes

Drizzle lime juice & garnish with coriander leaves.
