How to make mutton masala

Choose young mutton, which is lighter in color. You can use boneless or bone-in mutton. Ensure that they are chopped into small pieces.

Mix the mutton pieces with chopped onions and tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, all the spices except garam masala and pepper. Pressure cook until high pressure, then simmer for 40 minutes.

Heat oil and transfer the contents from the pressure cooker. Add pepper and garam masala and saute on medium heat. Let the gravy boil until it becomes nice and thick.
