Cut off the tops of whole garlic heads. Sprinkle spices and oil.
Step 1: Roast garlic
Wrap in aluminium foil pieces. Roast in the oven for 30 to 35 minutes. Once the garlic bulbs cool down, squeeze out the flavorful cloves.
Using a fork, mash the roasted garlic cloves with paprika, sea salt and black pepper until smooth.

Add softened butter and finely chopped herbs. (Some options are rosemary, parsley, thyme and dill.)
Step 3: Add butter
Mix everything together until well combined. Your roasted garlic butter is ready to be used! Use it right away, chill or freeze it for later.
