How To Make Paneer Salad

Step 1: Tandoori Marinade

Slice paneer into ½-inch slabs. Coat the paneer with tandoori marinade and keep aside for 30 minues.

Step 2: Marinate

Shake yogurt, lemon juice, honey, chaat masala,  ground cumin, salt, and pepper in a jar.

Step 3:  Make Yogurt Dressing

Slice cucumber, bell peppers, onions and tomatoes. Combine the vegetables in a bowl.

Step 4: Prepare Mix-ins

Add chopped mint, coriander, raisins and roasted cashews. Drizzle ½ of the dressing and toss to combine.
