All you need is spinach, almonds, basil, garlic, chilies, lemon juice and zest, parmesan, olive oil.

Ingredients

Roughly chop green chilies and garlic. Heat oil in a pan and saute almonds with chopped garlic and chilies.

Step 1: Saute

Once the almonds are toasted well, add spinach leaves to the pan. Saute until wilted for a couple of minutes.

Allow the spinach mixture to cool. Place them in a food processor jar. Add basil, parmesan, salt, lemon juice and zest.

Step 2: Blend

Blend the ingredients until you get a coarse paste. Scrape the sides and pulse until the paste is uniform.

While the processor is still running, drizzle extra virgin olive oil slowly in a steady stream. Run the processor until you get the desired texture.
