Cook the whole grain pasta. When the pasta is boiling, chop the onions, olives, tomatoes, and parsley. Drain and rinse the pasta.

Slice the onion thinly and submerge in a bowl of water mixed with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1 tablespoon vinegar.Drain and squeeze the water out after 10 minutes.
