Step 1: Saute onions, chillies, bell peppers, and cabbage. Let it cool.

Step 2: Beat along with the eggs, grated carrot, cilantro, milk, turmeric, salt and pepper.

Step 3: Heat a non-stick omelet pan on low flame, spread oil and pour the beaten egg mixture. Sprinkle grated cheese on top

Step 4: Tilt the pan so that the egg gets cooked uniformly. Once the egg is set but still moist, fold and transfer to a serving plate.
