How To Make Mutton Gravy

Step 1: Add Spices

Finely chop onions and tomatoes. Grate ginger and garlic. Add them to the seasoned mutton pieces. Mix everything together and place in a pressure cooker.

Cook on high until it reaches high pressure. After the first whistle, reduce the flame and simmer for 40 minutes.
