Ingredients

Cumin

Pepper

Pink salt

Coriander leaves

Mint leaves

Chilies

Lemon juice

Garlic

Avocado

Medium Brush Stroke

Roughly chop the avocado, chillies and garlic. Separate the mint leaves from the stems. Squeeze juice from the lemon.

Place all the prepared ingredients in a food processor jar. Blend until you get the chutney of desired consistency.

Thick Brush Stroke

You can blend until it is smooth and creamy or leave it chunky with little bits of herbs still visible.
