Make chicken mince stir fry
Mince boneless chicken breasts (or thighs). Add the minced chicken to the wok and stir fry. Once the chicken is opaque, add chopped onions.
Stir-fry until the onions turn translucent. Whisk together: soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce and palm sugar. Add the sauce to the chicken.
Finish with stir-fry sauce
Stir on high heat until the most of the moisture evaporates and you get perfectly juicy chicken. Turn off the flame and garnish with green onions.
Whisk together: peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, sriracha sauce, lime juice and water.
