Notes
Use ripe avocados: They should be slightly soft to the touch for the creamiest texture and best flavor.
Adjust consistency: Add a splash of water or more lime juice to thin the sauce to your liking.
Taste and adjust: When you blend, pulse a few times first and then taste. Add more salt, lime juice, or jalapeño to suit your taste. Also remember to adjust seasoning when you thin down the sauce.
Control the heat: Remove jalapeño seeds for mild heat, or keep them in if you like it spicy.
Blend until silky smooth: A high-speed blender or small food processor gives the best creamy result.
Serve fresh for best taste and color: Avocado tastes best when freshly made, with its vibrant green color intact.
