Ingredients

Prawns

Salt

 Yogurt

Mustard oil

Sunflower oil

Lemon juice

Heat mustard oil and add it to Kashmiri chilli powder

Let it cool down. Then add the rest of the ingredients: yogurt, ginger, garlic, lemon juice and the spices.

Mix all the ingredients to make a uniform mixture. This is the easy tandoori marinade for prawns.

Marinate the prawns with the tandoori marinade for about 10 to 15 minutes.
