Forget boring, bland Brussels sprouts. This recipe transforms those little green guys into flavor bombs.
To add a touch of creamy luxury (without the guilt!), we’re serving these glazed Brussels sprouts with a simple garlic yogurt sauce.
Prepare the marinade by mixing vinegar, oil, lemon juice, spices and fresh thyme.
Step.1: Marinate
Trim and halve Brussels sprouts. Add the prepared marinade to the sprouts and toss. Leave them to marinate for about 30 minutes..
Arrange the marinated Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet pan. Roast for 20 to 25 minutes.
Step.2: Roast
Mix the left over marinade with a little water. Heat butter in a small pan and simmer the marinade.
Step.3: Glaze
Once the marinade gets to a saucy consistency, add it to the roasted Brussels sprouts and toss until they are coated with the sauce.
Whisk together: yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, honey, red pepper flakes and sea salt.
