Paprika feta dip is perfect for any occasion, whether you’re hosting a gathering or simply craving a savory snack.
You can roast peppers yourself or use store-bought ones.
Step 1: Roast
Roast red peppers and garlic on a baking sheet pan for about 30 minutes. Flip at the 15-minute mark.
Place roasted and peeled red peppers and garlic, crumbled feta, cayenne, paprika, cumin and lemon juice in a food processor jar.
Step 2: Blend
Blend the ingredients until almost smooth. While the processor is running, slowly drizzle olive oil.
You can blend all the way until smooth or leave it with a little bit of texture. It is totally up to you. However, do not over-process.
